While we strive to provide accurate statistical calculations, we make no guarantee regarding the accuracy of any statistics, analytics, or calculations produced by the App. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all game data they enter.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BASKETBALL GAME DATA DEVELOPED BY TOP-SHERIFF ENGINEERING LTD. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
